A Good Meal

After we saw the Arc de Triomphe, we stopped by this restaurant on the way back to our hotel. We were in high spirits for having conquered the metro and Paris that day! The food was delicious, the waiter was friendly, the evening was lovely, and we were in no hurry to be anywhere....all of this made for a very happy time!

Rocks and Boats - A few of my favorite things.

Between the Nice harbor and the city there is a look out point. I'm sitting on the wall in the first picture. Below the wall are rocks reaching down to the ocean and just begging to be climbed on. Jesse, come and touch the ocean with us. If you ever have a chance to climb on these rocks... don't do it. There is a sign posted that strictly forbids it. I didn't see the sign until afterwards - stupid American!

We had to visit the harbor everyday we were in Nice - completely fascinating!
