We went 4-wheeling out at Alex and Chris'.

Alex was teaching everyone how to do wheelies.

Alex rigged up a snorkle on this 4-wheeler so he could take it swimming.

Not a good idea to go two at a time.

Chris, Shay, and Lindz

And then my camera died before I could get pictures of Alex towing Shay out.

Friday afternoon, my aunt Kathy, her family, and Grandma came up for a visit. We got out the kite and the kayak on our pond to see how well the kite would pull the kayak. We forgot about the trees... here is Craig untangling the kite string while I'm rowing for all I'm worth (which wasn't much) trying to get clear of the trees.

Dad and Erick waiting for me to bring them the kite for another go-round. Onlookers on the other side of the pond heckled us while I tried to get the kite up again.

And they sailed off into the sunset.

My cousin, my niece, and my aunt.

Color or Black & White?

I have a hard time choosing. Of course in this picture, my niece is just so darn cute it doesn't really matter!

My Huckleberry Friend

Lindz and I went kayaking and had a
picnic at lake Fuqua, Friday night.

Moon River, wider than a mile,
I'm crossing you in style some day.
Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker,
wherever you're going I'm going your way.
Two drifters off to see the world.
There's such a lot of world to see.
We're after the same rainbow's end--
waiting 'round the bend, my huckleberry friend,
Moon River and me.

Scottish Pics & Dedications

It is common belief that William Wallace is gesturing towards the Brittish, but obviously he is pointing towards the library and theater!

I came accross this neighborhood while I was semi-lost, wandering around Aberdeen. Kind of cute, huh?

This pic is for my brother.

This is for Jay.

This is for Jay too :)

This one is for Reagan.

This one is for Jan and Gary - my biker buds.

This is for Big Daddy and Big Mama.

This is for Bodie and Megan.

This is for my dad who took the wrong trail and scaled the cliffs to Dunnottar.

And that's the end of my Scottish series. I hope you all have enjoyed the pictures half as much as I enjoyed posting them!
