Ah. One of the things I miss MOST about my previous life is my garden... in different flavors, at different times... but there was ALWAYS basil. :-)
You can sill grow basil, Buck! Just put it in a pot. It's always nice to have fresh basil!
You DO have a point! A nice planter full of basil and parsley next to my door would not only be tasty... it would add to the "homeliness" of El Casa Móvil De Pennington.We shall take this under serious advisement!
