Stop Light Sketch

Today, I went by and visited Mom and her painted ladies while they did art. They gave me paper and some pencils and a pic to draw from. I haven't sat down just to draw in a long time. This drawing's got some mistakes, but it was fun.

Nice! I am envious of people with artistic abilities. I've tried my hand at many projects, but they all turn out looking like a kindergartner's work.

Good work!

You are SO talented, Jess. I'm always amazed at the stuff you create... and the stuff you do, too.

No one sent me today.

You see what Anonymous wrote up there? Word for word, that comment could be from me!

I've always wished I could draw, but my oldest brother got those genes. He can't carry a tune in a bucket, though, while I can sing, so I guess it evens out.

Thanks everyone!

Buck, so that comment came from your heart and not my mom twisting your arm? ;)

Christina, I have failed miserably at every musical instrument I have attempted to learn. I can't sing either.

Yep. That said, when your Mom speaks I LISTEN. ;-)

This is an excellent sketch. You are a chip off the "OLD" block. (evil grin) They didn't make you sketch the flowers, eh? You have nice lines and shading.
