Bottling the Brew-haha

Dad and I are making some "special" apple cider. Last night we bottled the cider. Now we let it set for a couple of weeks to let it get all fizzy. I'm excited!

can you share the recipe? have y'all done this before? sounds like fun. the neighbors below Amber at Fort Sill make their own beer. yours looks less messy, and does not look like it takes as much equipment?

That said... I'm thinkin' those bottles would best with beer in 'em. ;-)

Yes, it's just apple juice, kefir grains, and brown sugar. The kefir grains feed off the sugar and create alcohol and carbon dioxide (fizz). It's pretty simple!
