Hawaii - Day 3 - Exploring II

We drove even further up the coast to find these places.
Lindz sending Shay a picture.

I fell in love with this cove!

We found this trail, and started ambling down it just enjoying the scenery when we realized it led to the cove in the previous picture. We booked it back to the car, dropped Reagan off at the hotel, grabbed our snorkeling gear and hurried back to get some more snorkeling in before dinner.

See the wild rooster?!

This is about the time that I dropped my mask. Lindz had just pretended to drop my camera, when I realized I didn't have my mask anymore. Luckily the water wasn't too deep, and Lindz was able to dive down to retrieve my mask for me. Whew!

Here is Lindz waving goodbye before she left me for shark bait!

I think these pics may be my favorite so far. I love the color and beauty (and the beauties). I did not see Where's Waldo the Wild Rooster and could not enlarge the photo. I also like the photo of Lindz casually strolling along - Lindz does not do anything casually!

Blogger is acting kinda weird today... like your Mom, I couldn't click through on some of the pics to see the full-size versions.

But, that said... I could smell the sea air and feel the breeze in these pics, Jess. And all y'all are just too beautiful for words in your sun dresses (is that the proper term, still? or am I dating myself?).

Great pictures Jesse. Maui is beautiful! And so are all you girls. But I already knew that!

Hi Jesse, great photos... I am curious about the little plastic shark (?) in the picture that has all the signs (no trash). Was he yours or just part of the scenery? lol! Absolutely gorgeous sunset over the water... love that photo!

I think Shay needs the picture of Lindz sending him the picture, the one that you took :) Beautiful
And Jesse, you look like Thumbelina up against that tree!!! In the other tree photo with Lindz, she looks like she might be auditioning for Jack in Jack and the Bean Stalk.
Awesome place you visited!!!
