Friday evening Lindsay, Shay, Smitty, and I went kayaking at Lake Hefner up in OKC. We only had my kayak, so we took turns. Shay and Smitty doubled up :) It was a lazy, fun evening at the lake. While we were there, I noticed a lot of Hobie Cat-ers, and wind surfers. I actually got to go Hobie Catting with Scot and Kristie at Duncan Lake on Sunday. And someday I will take lessons for kite-surfing!
There was very little wind on Sunday - perfect for learning how to sail and taking a nap.

Duncan Lake seems quite peaceful compared to Hefner. I like your "Titanic" photo.
i had no idea those kiters got so far off the water! i may need to check into that.
Piper - They were giving lessons to a group while I was out there. I was wanting to look into getting lessons too!

Becky, That is our friend, Scott, and his wife, Kristi. They own the Cat. Scott is a cutie. Toby was looking over my shoulder when we read your commment. I went back to the photo of Scott to see the resemblance to Brett Farve. Toby said, "What? You don't think she was talking about me?" It took me a while to quit laughing.
If Scot can look like Favre on a Cat...think i could look like...like...Phil Mickelson?
The wind surfer pic is AWESOME!
I really like the pic of the bright colored sails (I guess) against the constrast of what appears to be black trees. Really nice!
He does have a similar smile to Brett Favre, and with the stubble, there is a pretty good resemblance.
